Tracking
number will be provided for Express and Priority Shipping. Products
sent through Ground
shipping are not insured, however you can also choose to add insurance,
which is US$1.70/order. Products shipped through Express
Mail, Priority Mail and Global Express are insured.
Returns
If for some reason
you wish to return the product, please send it back to us at its
original condition (i.e., unwashed, unblemished) within 14 days from
the date of receipt. Tiddle Diddle reserves the right to
refuse worn or damaged item, and when the product is sent back after
the 14-day return margin. You will be refunded after you returned
the products, however all the shipping cost involved in returning them
will be at your own expense.
Exchange
Product exchange is
allowed if it is returned 14 days from the date of purchase. However,
there will be a handling fee of $2.50 per item purchased for exchange.
If the product you chose in exchange of the one you
purchased costs higher, we will send you an invoice for the difference,
otherwise we will refund you the difference. All shipping
cost involved with the exchanging process will be at your own
expense.
